✅Service Agreement- all purchases are final for the tumblers, unless it comes damaged, only in the case of shipping. Pickups, I can see the tumbler condition at time of purchase.

Shipping- you have 5 days from date received to notify me of damaged tumbler. 15 days from the date I'm notified to return tumbler for full refund. After that, refund is no longer valid.

Shipping- allow 5-10 business days 👍🏾

Tumblers are sturdy and good quality insulated for both hot and cold drinks. This particular tumbler is a wine tumbler with straw, but also good for a hot cup of coffee.
